In addition, they undergo regular training focused on service standards, safety awareness, and explanation skills. These trainings are conducted on a recurring basis and must be completed through assessments before guides continue working with guests.

For transportation, all vehicles are subject to routine pre-trip inspections, ensuring proper mechanical condition and cleanliness. Drivers are selected based on extensive experience, typically with over 10 years of professional driving experience. Before each trip, dedicated staff review planned routes in advance to minimize risks related to traffic conditions or road maintenance.

We also conduct ongoing inspections of partner hotels and well-known restaurants in major travel destinations. These checks focus on hygiene and operational standards, and any partner receiving negative feedback or failing inspections is removed from our recommended list until issues are resolved. Our travel designers have an average of more than six years of professional experience and are very familiar with how travel in China works — including pace, logistics, and local details.

How long does it take to plan a customized trip?

A complete travel proposal is usually prepared within one business day as well. After the initial proposal is delivered, we are happy to revise and refine the itinerary based on your feedback, with no fixed limit on the number of adjustments, until you are fully satisfied with the plan.
