For transportation, all vehicles are subject to routine pre-trip inspections, ensuring proper mechanical condition and cleanliness. Drivers are selected based on extensive experience, typically with over 10 years of professional driving experience. Before each trip, dedicated staff review planned routes in advance to minimize risks related to traffic conditions or road maintenance.

We also conduct ongoing inspections of partner hotels and well-known restaurants in major travel destinations. These checks focus on hygiene and operational standards, and any partner receiving negative feedback or failing inspections is removed from our recommended list until issues are resolved. To ensure objective evaluations, inspection staff regularly rotate assigned areas.
